Placing your Order

To place an order you must be at least 18 years of age You may place an order by: Filling in the order form on the Novalife store website after logging into or creating your personal account and clicking on this appropriate submission button. You must use the order form from the novalife natural health products store website. We will not except orders placed in any way other than those listed above. When you place your order we will issue you a confirmation number. We will do this via the Novalife store website. Please note that such a confirmation number is given for reference purposes only and does not constitute an acceptance of your order. By placing an order you make an offer to us to purchase the products you have selected on these terms and condition. We may or may not accept your offer at our discretion. If we except your order, we will notify you of our acceptance by issuing an order confirmation. We will send you your order confirmation to you by email provided you have indicated an email address on your order form. If we cannot accept your order, we will attempt to contact you by email or telephone or mail. While we will make every effort to supply you with the products listed on the order confirmation, there may be occasions where we are unable to supply these products, for example if there was a pricing error on the Novalife store website. In such circumstances we will contact you to inform you and may suggest alternative products that you may wish to purchase.if you do not except our suggestions then we will cancel your order in relation to those products we cannot supply and repay you any money that you may have paid to us for those products. Repayment of such money will be the extent of our liability to you if we are unable to deliver to you the products you have ordered. Information contained in our advertising, brochures, other written material, and on our websites constitute an invitation to treat. No such information constitutes an offer by us to supply any products.

Supply of Your Products

Subject to these terms and conditions, we will supply to you the products indicated on your order confirmation.


The price for the products will be the price indicated on your invoice. Delivery costs, where applicable, are payable by you as indicated on your invoice. Outside the European Union, applicable duties and taxes are not included in the final price. All additional Terrace and taxes must be collected on delivery, payable to the shipping agent.

Paying for Your Products

You may pay for your products by the methods of payment as the played on the payment section of the Novalife store website. You must pay in the currency indicated on your invoice. If you are paying by credit card, then you must supply your credit card details when you place your order. Your credit card will be charged when we issue your invoice. We won’t supply the product to you or perform any services until your credit card issuer has authorized the use of credit cards for payment of the products ordered. If we do not receive such authorization we will contact you to let you know. We will send your invoice to you at the billing address indicated on your order confirmation. We may, however, only send the documents by email where you have indicated an email address on your order form.
Delivery of Your Products

We will deliver your products to the billing address for your credit card indicated on your order confirmation. Title to and risk of loss in your products will pass to you on delivery of the products.

Return policy

We are confident you will be satisfied with your purchase. No returns will be accepted without receiving prior consent by phone or email. When  the return of a product is admissible , you must provide email, the information on the return of the goods and the sender tracking number. Upon receipt of your product, we will proceed to a full refund via the information provided on the credit card used to purchase your product. There will be no refund if the tracking number is not provided.

No returns will be accepted within 30 days from the date of purchase.
